  7. sitting on, should be adjusted so the 
  8. patient is comfortable.

  10. The patient's head is put in the 
  11. headrest with their forehead tight 
  12. against the headrest.  The vertical 
  13. height of the headrest should be 
  14. adjusted so the patient's outer 
  15. canthus (eye position) is level with 
  16. the mark on the headrest.
